Stephanie is a dedicated Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) registered with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and has pursued advanced studies with a Master of Science in Mental Health Psychology from the University of Liverpool and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychotherapy from Yorkville University. With a specialization in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), grief and loss, depression, and anxiety, Stephanie is committed to helping individuals navigate the complexities of mental health.
