Jovahna Peña, MA, MEd, LPC, RCC, is a Registered Clinical Counsellor in British Columbia and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado. Her work is rooted in a holistic understanding of healing and the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Drawing from somatic therapy, parts work, mindfulness, and evidence-based approaches, Jovahna helps clients deepen self-awareness and reconnect with their own inner knowing. Becoming a mother in 2021 inspired a growing focus on perinatal mental health and supporting women through motherhood, relationships, identity, and life transitions.
