MEGHAN MARR

Student Intern, MACP (In process)

Meghan is a passionate advocate for guiding individuals back to connection with themselves. As a counsellor, yoga teacher, mom, wife, and entrepreneur, she brings a unique blend of experiences to her work. After earning her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Victoria, she spent over a decade counselling within health authorities and non-profit organizations, specializing in families and women. Witnessing women navigate their journeys of transformation has been a privilege she deeply treasures.

She faced challenging times in life, losing both of her parents and mother-in-law while she was entering motherhood, which propelled her to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing. This journey illuminated the power of our nervous system, the power of honouring our emotions, and the power of connecting with the truest essence of ourselves. Today, as a Masters of counselling psychology student, she is excited to bring her renewed perspective and skills to Ask Therapy for Moms. She is committed to helping fellow mothers nourish themselves and thrive.
